Conference Registration Policies
REGISTRATION PAYMENT POLICY
Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration through the online registration system. Accepted payment methods include debit cards, credit cards, ACH (electronic bank transfer), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Flexible payment plans are not available, and onsite registration will not be offered. All registrations must be completed online prior to the applicable registration deadline.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official Cancellation Request Form.

Refund requests must be received no later than October 3, 2026.
​
All refund requests must be approved by the Southeastern Regional Director. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. No onsite refunds will be issued.

​​TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
Registrations are non-transferable.
​
A paid registration may not be transferred to another individual who has not registered and paid. Each attendee must complete their own registration and payment in order to participate in the conference..
