Dear Sorors,
On behalf of the Southeastern Region Life Member Committee, we are proud to announce the launch of the Southeastern Region Life Member Scholarship, a special initiative honoring our legacy while investing in the future of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
We encourage all Southeastern Region Life Members to participate in this event, whether you attended the conference or not. Let this serve as a reminder that Life Membership is not just a title; it’s a commitment to uplifting others through education, leadership, and service.

SCHOLARSHIP DONATION
This scholarship opportunity is open to both undergraduate and graduate Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. members in good standing who exemplify the principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.
● Two scholarships will be awarded: one undergraduate and one graduate recipient
● Applicants must be current financial members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
● Minimum GPA requirement: 3.0
● Applicants must submit a completed application, official transcript, one letter of
recommendation, and a 500-word essay tailored to their academic level

Application Open: Sunday, August 24, 2025
Deadline: Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST
SCHOLARSHIP OVERVIEW
NEW LIFE MEMBER LEGEND AWARD
The Southeastern Region of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, proudly announces the inaugural Life Member Region Legends Award. This prestigious recognition will be presented at the 2025 Southeastern Region Conference and will honor one Life Member from the Southeastern region. The award celebrates individuals who exemplify:
Exceptional leadership in her profession
Outstanding contributions within Zeta
Meaningful impact on her community, state, or region
Each State Life Member Committee will manage its nomination process and select one (1) nominee.
How to Nominate:
Nominations must be submitted to your
State Life Member Coordinator
by September 28, 2025.
The nomination link will be emailed to you by your State Coordinators. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
Deadline:
All applications must be submitted by Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
Nomination Packet Requirements:
To complete the application, nominators should
be prepared to include the following:
● Nominee’s full name, chapter affiliation(s), and contact information
● Biography and professional headshot
● Detailed description of Zeta involvement, professional accomplishments, and community impact
● Letters of support and/or documentation (optional but encouraged)
The honoree selected must attend the 2025 Southeastern Region Conference to receive her recognition. For any questions, please contact your State Life Member Coordinator.
