2025 SOUTHEASTERN REGIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is the closest and most convenient airport for attendees traveling to the 2025 Southeastern Regional Leadership Conference. Passenger Pickup Information
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) offers several convenient options for passenger pickup while maintaining high levels of safety and security:

Cell Phone Waiting Lot: Drivers waiting to pick up arriving passengers can use the Cell Phone Lot, located just past the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) Administration Building. Enter via Airport Road, turn left onto Pecan Park Road, then left into the lot. It features real-time flight updates and is free to use. Curbside Pickup: Per TSA regulations, vehicles cannot be left unattended at the curb. You may pull up to the curb only if your passenger is already waiting with their luggage.

Meeting Inside the Terminal: The courtyard area just beyond the security checkpoint is a great plce to meet arriving passengers, as all concourses exit into it. While you wait, you can relax, grab a bite, or shop from the airport’s concessions.
Special Assistance:
If you're escorting a minor or traveler with special needs, contact your airline in advance to request a companion pass, which allows you to accompany them through security to the gate.

Upon arrival, visit the Taxi, Limousine, and Shared-Ride Booths outside baggage claim. No reservations are needed for on-demand service.

Be aware of unauthorized solicitors inside the terminal. Only use approved services from designated areas.
Pre-Arranged Transportation
Authorized providers may pick up passengers in the Ground Transportation Area only. Pickup in the hourly garage or on the public curb is prohibited. Confirm with your provider for pre-arranged options.
Hotel Shuttles
Check with your hotel to confirm if complimentary shuttle service is available to and from JAX.
Rideshare Pickup from the Terminal
Uber and Lyft are authorized to pick up passengers from the Lower Arrival Curb outside Baggage Claim Door 3. Follow the “App-Based Ride Service” signs.
Drop-offs occur on the Upper Departure Curb. Standard airport fees apply to pickups.
Always verify your driver and vehicle through the app before entering.
