The conference will take place from November 13th to November 15th, 2025. The location is Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa.

The theme for this year's conference is "Strength in Sisterhood, Power in Leadership".

The conference is open to members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Zeta Amicae, members of the Zeta Male Network, and guests.

To register for the conference, Zetas and Zeta Amicae must be financial and in good standing for the current sorority year (2025-2026) and by the close of registration on October 11, 2025.
